When is the Massive Clearance Outlet Event?
It runs from Thursday, 18th June at 10am and ends Sunday, 21st June at 6pm.
What are the opening hours of the Outlet Event?
Thursday – 10am – 6pm
Friday – 10am – 6pm
Saturday – 10am – 6pm
Sunday – 12pm – 6pm
How do I pay for items?
All items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards only. Gift vouchers or third party gift cards such as One4All cards are not accepted.
Do you offer financing on purchases in the Outlet Event?
We do not offer financing on Outlet Event purchases.
Can you arrange delivery?
Yes. Delivery can be arranged within 14 days for an additional fee, or you can collect your items for free.
Can you hold an item I’ve seen and want?
No. All items must be purchased in person and paid for in full on the day.
I have an existing order with you. Will my items be reduced in the sale?
Warehouse sale items are shop-soiled, damaged or ex-display stock. Existing orders cannot be cancelled and reordered at the sale price.
What will be included in the sale?

Will you be restocking over the weekend?
Yes, we will be constantly restocking throughout the sale, but all items have limited availability. Get in early to avoid disappointment.
Will the sale also be happening in your shops?
While all clearance items will only be available in the outlet, to coincide with the warehouse sale, we will have 10% off everything in our shops in Galway, Sligo and Castlebar. We recommend visiting both the warehouse and our shops.
Will the sale be available online?
No. All offers are available in person on a first-come, first-served basis.
